2. Shipping Charges

Coolnaripower offers free shipping on select products or for orders over a certain amount. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly advertised on the website during checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders placed on Coolnaripower are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been processed, we will ship it based on the selected shipping method.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. Tracking information will also be available in your account if you have created one on our site.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  • International Orders: We currently ship to select countries. Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply for international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed upon arrival in your country.

International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing. Please allow additional time for delivery.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, Coolnaripower is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as weather, natural disasters, customs processing, or carrier delays. We recommend checking the status of your order regularly through the tracking information provided.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will investigate the issue and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter. In the case of damaged goods, we may request that you provide photographs of the damage to assist with the claim.

  • Lost Shipments: If your shipment is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us right away. We will assist you in tracing the package with the carrier.
